ZimereDigital Invitations

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 8 September 2026

Zimere is a sole proprietorship operated by Syed Faizan Husain Syed Anjum Husain ("we", "us", "our"), based in Amravati, India. "Zimere" is a trading name; the business is not a separate legal entity. By using this site or ordering an invitation you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

We design and host personalised digital invitations delivered as a web link. An invitation is a digital service, not a physical product. Nothing is printed or posted to you.

You may personalise and preview an invitation free of charge. A preview carries our watermark. Payment removes the watermark and gives you a permanent link.

2. Orders and delivery

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us — names, photographs, text and audio. You grant us permission to use it solely to build, host and support your invitation.

You confirm that:

We may show your invitation as a sample of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

4. Our designs

Our templates, artwork, code, motifs and illustrations remain ours. You receive a licence to use your finished invitation for your own event. You may not resell, redistribute or copy our designs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that impersonates another person.

We may remove an invitation that breaches this, without refund.

6. Availability

We work to keep invitation links available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, networks and third-party providers can fail. We will restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including guests failing to see, open or respond to an invitation.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Amravati have exclusive jurisdiction.
