Zimere is a sole proprietorship operated by Syed Faizan Husain Syed Anjum Husain. This policy explains how we handle information when you use this website or order an invitation. As a sole proprietor, the person responsible for your data is Syed Faizan Husain Syed Anjum Husain, contactable at the address on our Contact page.

1. What we collect

When you personalise an invitation

Nothing. The Studio runs entirely in your browser. The names, dates and details you type are encoded into the preview link in your address bar and are never sent to us. If you close the tab without sharing that link, we never see any of it.

Photographs and music you add in the Studio stay on your own device for preview only. They are not uploaded unless you order.

When you place an order

We collect what we need to build and deliver your invitation:

• your name and contact details (WhatsApp number and email);
• the content of your invitation — names, family names, dates, venues, photographs, music;
• records of our correspondence with you.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

RSVP replies

If your invitation uses WhatsApp RSVP, your guests' replies go directly to your WhatsApp. They do not pass through us and we never see them.

If instead you use a form-collection service, replies go to that provider and to you. You are responsible for the guest information you collect.

Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics, advertising trackers or third-party measurement scripts on this site.

2. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Invitations may use your browser's local storage to remember small preferences on your own device. That data stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

3. Why we use your information

• to build, deliver and host your invitation;
• to answer your questions and provide support;
• to take payment and keep accounting records;
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

4. Who we share it with

Only where necessary:

• our hosting provider, which serves the site and your invitation;
• our payment provider, to process your payment;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

5. A published invitation is public

An invitation link is unlisted but not secret. Anyone holding the link can open it. Published invitations are excluded from search engines, but please treat the link as shareable — because that is exactly what it is designed to be.

6. How long we keep things

• Invitation content and hosting: 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to keep or remove it sooner.
• Correspondence: while needed for support.
• Accounting records: as long as Indian tax law requires.

7. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your content means taking your invitation offline.

8. Children

This service is intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect information from children directly.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit who can access order information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will update this page if our practices change, and update the date above.
