Shipping & Delivery Policy

Zimere sells a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped, no courier is used, and there are no shipping, handling or delivery charges of any kind. The price shown is the price you pay.

What you receive

Your invitation is a web page at its own link, for example zimere.com/i/your-names. You also receive a second, private link that lets you edit the invitation and see your replies. Both are yours to keep and share.

When it is delivered

Before you pay — you can design your invitation and open a free preview immediately. No payment is taken to reach this point.
On successful payment — your invitation is published and the link is live immediately, normally within a minute. Publishing is automatic and does not wait for anyone to process it by hand.
If payment succeeds but publishing does not — which is rare — your payment is safe and recorded against your invitation. We complete publishing and send you the link within 24 hours.

How it reaches you

Both links are shown on screen as soon as the invitation is published, and are sent to the WhatsApp number you gave us during checkout. We use that number because it is how most of our customers prefer to be reached, and because it needs no account or password. Keep the private link safe — anyone holding it can edit your invitation.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. An invitation is a link, so it opens on any phone or computer with an internet connection, anywhere in the world. There are no regional restrictions and no customs or import charges, because nothing crosses a border.

How long it stays available

Published invitations remain online for the period covered by the plan you chose — one year on most plans, and permanently on the Forever plan. Free previews are deliberately short-lived so that they are never mistaken for a finished invitation.

If you have not received your links

If you have paid and do not have your links, contact us with the WhatsApp number or payment reference you used and we will send them again. We aim to respond within one working day.
